Scrapbook Page & Mini Album All in One

While I was in CA last month, I designed this little layout for Paradise Scrapbook Boutique using the NEW line Something Wonderful by Teresa Collins.

They wanted a project that would show how to use the little Something Wonderful File Folders.

I ended up gluing the folders together to create a little mini-album effect, then I attached it to a 12×12 sheet, this way it would fit inside a larger album.

There ended up being loads of space for journaling, which is always a plus!

I love the little envelope-style folder (pictured above). Although the photos I took were not the best (I used my cell phone), the layout ended up being one of my favorites. I had a lot of fun creating it.

Since the subject of this layout was my parents trip to Egypt, I phoned my dad to get some journaling ideas. The photo above was the result.

Not to worry…he did give me some real memories and they’re included also.
