Izabelle’s 12th Birthday
I wanted to make Izabelle’s 12th birthday extra special this year. She has a small group of close knit friends that do everything together.
Izabelle and I worked on her invites together and hand delivered them; Izabelle was able to watch each reaction as they opened their invitation. She mentioned that every single girl was excited about the handmade invite.
I couldn’t have pulled off this special party without the help of my mother, bless her. We sat at her table sewing aprons for 3 days in a row.
I put together a few simpe banners for the birthday table. The “Happy Birthday” banner was made out of the same paper that we used for the invites. Some banners were made by gluing ribbon on paper doilies, others were store bought.
Izabelle loves to be in the kitchen, especially when something sweet is baking. I whipped up some chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with some extras for the girls to decorate.
Pink, pink everywhere…
The girls not only ate the candy on the table, they also used it to decorate their cupcakes.
Something healthy had to be on the table, right?
A photo of the matching aprons that mom and I made, along with their t-shirts with matching pins.
The girls loved these little jars. I purchased them in the wedding section of JoAnn’s then just added the flowers and pink ribbon.
My mom made these adorable Hershey Kiss Diamond Rings. Another hit with the girls.
They also made matching headbands…so cute!
These girls are so silly when they get together and they have so much fun!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you have a lovely day!
