I hope that you had a wonderful and safe Halloween!

We had a lot of fun here! I was able to snap a couple of photos of the kids before they headed off to school yesterday. The sun wasn’t even up yet so the photos aren’t that great.

Izabelle was Luna Lovegood.

And Parker was a Half-Zombie-Cowboy.

Apparently someone stepped on his grave so only half his face was zombie-fied. What can I say? The boy has imagination.

Happy November!

I can’t believe I just typed the word “November”. This year has FLOWN by!

xoxo, Christie

October Afternoon – Report Card

My girl LOVES to read.

She always has her

nose in a book.

This is something that I adore about her.

Reading.

Something I hope she

always loves to do.

***Thanks for the super-cool paper Karen!

Fall Banner

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

I’m really missing my good camera.  It’s hard to take photos of my projects with my little cybershot.  But I have to share, right?  I’m dropping my camera off to get it repaired this weekend.  So, hopefully I will be back to my own standard of photo quality soon.

I created this little “Harvest” Banner with some of my Fall papers; mostly Pink Paislee & October Afternoon.

I had so much extra paper that I made a few kits for my Mother, Sister and Sister-in-law.  It was fun to have them over to make the banners.  It made me realize how much I miss teaching classes at Paradise Scrapbook Boutique in California.  I’m still teaching by proxy (I’m designing some layouts and Karen will teach them).  This way I still get to stick my hand in the ‘Creative Cookie Jar’ which is Paradise Scrapbook Boutique now and again.

Here’s some photos of the details, some of which varied from each garland…hope you can make them out.

Here, There and Everywhere…

There’s news!  My Family and I will be moving out of good ‘ol California in August.  After much discussion (and LOTS of prayer) we’ve decided to move to Idaho!

Needless to say, I’ve been running around crazy-like the past several days.  We’re still trying to figure out if we are going to sell our house or keep it as a rental.  Big decisions!

I’ve also been busy with Graphic 45 projects.  They’re gearing up for Summer CHA so I have lots of little projects in the mix; I wish I could share all of them now but I have to wait until July.

Speaking of Graphic 45, be sure to check out their new, updated BLOG and NING Site!

Oh, I do have a little something to share…

I made a little card with the leftover October Afternoon Paper from my “Baby Elizabeth” Layout:

It’s almost time for my 300th Post (this is post 299) Giveaway!
