I Have Returned…Finally.
I know I’ve been absent a lot this Summer…
But I’m back and ready to have some fun!
To create this ‘Sweet Baby’ layout of my Nephew, Cooper,
I used a combination of Echo Park and Sassafras Papers.
I also used some of my favorite Shimmerz products:
Chick-a-dee Spritz (Yellow), Under the Sea Blingz (light blue), and Blue By U Paintz (darker blue).
I used the Blingz around the photo mat and the frame around the word “Sweet”
I love the shimmery loveliness.
Who said you can’t use butterflies and flowers on a little boy layout?
My inspiration came from this:
I’m trying to catch up on all the palettes from The Color Room.
There is SO much inspiration over there…you simply must give them a visit if you love to scrapbook.

In other news…
The kids started school today so my free time has doubled.
Hallelujah!
I was able to attended my niece, Kayla’s 4th Birthday party
while in California last week.
Kayla’s cake was lovely.
And she was pretty cute too!
Thanks for hanging in there with me
off to catch up with all of you!
xoxo, Chrsitie

The layout of your nephew is perfectly baby boy delicious!!! The colors are wonderful, and I love how you pointed out the butterfly on a boy page. It goes so well I didn’t even notice it at first. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the sweet coments. Your blog is really beautiful!

Your use of 3D embellishments on this page is incredible! I love that you conveyed the sweetness of a new baby but also made it perfect for a little boy. Great work. Love the blog design too.

I’m doing my daughter’s room in the next several weeks, and I’m having so much fun looking at color palettes. Wish I had some time for scrapbooking, though. It looks like so much fun!

From the arguments and discourse on I Have Returned…Finally you could need to do a further article. There are a few matters not addressed from my most recent reading. I’m direct and dependable, that way everybody experiences what I mean.
