Pretty Paper Shoes
Paper Shoes. This is what happens when my Mom and I put our heads together.
I’ve been pumping out projects with my Graphic 45 Fashionista paper for CHA and was starting to feel a little “creatively spent”.
Leave it to my Mom to fill up my creative cup again.
Mom and I were brain-storming some ideas, trying to come up with something new and exciting, or at least something different.
One of the ideas we came up with was paper shoes (to be hung or tied on a project)…needless to say, we were both happy to come up with the idea.
Here’s Mom, she is diligently sewing tiny paper shoes:
They took quite a bit of work, from cutting them out, sewing, Mod Podging, stuffing, hot gluing, blinging them up, etc. But they turnout pretty cute, don’t you think?
As for the Idaho weather…the first picture is the day I arrived, the second was this morning.
Brrrrrr.

How cute! Looks like you and your mom are having a great time, that’s how it is with my mom (makes me miss her).
I understand why you won’t make it to CHA, that is a lot of snow!

I love your idea!!! Now you can make your shoes in every color, with polka dots or with flowers, you want! What does a girl needs more?!!! It is very nice that your mother is so creative, you must have it from her!
Kind regards from the Netherlands,

Dang girl. You never cease to amaze me. Now I know where you get your creative talent from…your mom is awesome.
Yep, that snow probably gives you lots of time to be creative. I wouldn’t want to go out in it. By the way, it was 62 here today. Short sleeves, baby!
