Big Plans…

I always seem to have “Big Plans” for my Saturdays…I can’t ever seem to accomplish all that I want to squeeze into that one day every week.  Do you have this problem with Saturdays too?  Right now I have so many irons in the fire I think I’m going to burn the house (or my brain) down.

Around an round she goes…where she’ll stop, nobody knows!

Yes, I know this is a pretty random post…

The above photo is a little Chinese takeout box that I covered with some of the new paper from Graphic 45’s Botanica Bella Line.  I love being on their design team, seriously…their paper is so beautiful and easy to work with!

This is the class I am teaching up at Paradise Scrapbook Boutique today:

A fun summer paper bag album, bound together with (my fave) the Bind-it-all.  Nice.

And NEXT Saturday I’m teaching a Two-page Layout using Teresa Collins - Travelogue paper.  I love to work with this paper…tons of fun and very versatile, did I say I love this paper?

The photos on the layout are from our trip to Disneyland last September…I can’t believe it’s almost been A YEAR since we went last…it seems like it was just yesterday.  Man, these days (weeks, years) just fly!

So my big plans….?

Teach, clean, create, play.  Oh, and maybe get some rose bushes planted….cross your fingers!

What are your big plans?  Love to hear ‘em!

Holy Moly, you are so freakin talented. I wish I could take your classes. I love the travel pages, gorgeous. I wanted to get a bunch of pages done at the crop I went to on Friday, which I accomplished, 13 done, yippee! I had grand plans of finishing up a couple more layouts while the gang went to the beach but got guilted into going to the beach (I know some would gladly go but I’ve been twice in the last 2 weeks, I was tired from the crop and my eyes have been bothering me and I didn’t want to go out in the bright sun, dr appt better hurry up and get here) so that didn’t get accomplished. Don’t really have anything else planned but I better get some laundry done!!! Have a great rest of the weekend.

I never get anything done, but I have been packing all day and cleaning out my garage. Oh and one of my kids is sick with stomach trouble so been cleaning up other stuff too! lol

Looks great, wish I lived closer to do a class!

I’m still in the middle of cleaning out my basement. After that’s complete (in the next 100 years or so!), I plan to move on to the garden, which is getting weedier than I’d like it to be!

Tony came home yesterday after being gone for ten days so you know how that goes…rush around, do everything but what you want to do, then collapse when it’s over, lol!! I did not get to play AT ALL yesterday - although we DID go to the Peach Festival and that was a lot of fun!

Your class projects are awesome Christie, I so miss being at the store…I am going up sometime this week if it kills me!! I love the layout with TC, that paper ROCKS!!! And, of course your book is too adorable, you talente thing! Oh, but your list is all wrong - it should be in this order: teach, create, play, and then if you have time….clean, lol!! Smooches, girlie!

Do you do in-home consults? You know, like to needy women who would welcome you with open arms and rice krispie bars and ideas waiting to be put into books … just looking for the right woman to want to spend quality time with while scrap booking?

Haha … that so sounds like a personal ad, but it is real … are you anywhere near me?
