Thanks for the recipe Christie . . . my granddaughter and I will be making it this weekend . . . as she loves to mash her dinner I know that she will just have all kinds of fun mashing the bananas!!! . . . and like you we will be baking cupcakes (just Kyra’s size of cake) . . .

Thank you SO much for posting this, Christie. We just happen to have some bananas that have seen better days and are screaming (with their dying breaths) to be reincarnated into this cake. Can’t wait to mash them up and give it a try.
